Terms & conditions.

The basics of how we provide our services and what you can expect when working with us.

1. Orders

Orders are confirmed once we have acknowledged your request and agreed details such as products, pricing, delivery address and dates. For recurring services, we will agree a schedule and review it with you periodically.

2. Pricing & payment

Prices will be confirmed in writing and may be subject to change where supplier costs or requirements change. Payment terms will be shared in your proposal or invoice.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the agreed time window. External factors such as traffic and weather may occasionally cause delays, in which case we will keep you updated and work with you on a suitable resolution.

4. Cancellations & changes

For fresh items such as sandwich platters, a minimum notice period will apply to cancellations or major changes. This will be confirmed in your agreement or welcome information.

5. Quality & issues

If any items are missing, damaged or not up to standard, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within the same working day) so we can investigate and offer a suitable remedy.

6. Use of this website
