How we handle issues and what to do if something isn’t right.
1. Fresh products
Because many of our products are fresh and made to order, we cannot generally accept returns. However, if there is a problem with quality or a product arrives damaged, please let us know promptly.
2. Missing or incorrect items
If something is missing or incorrect, contact us on the day of delivery if possible. We will aim to provide a replacement, credit or refund depending on the circumstances.
3. How to raise an issue
Email us at hello@officebite.co.uk with your company name, delivery date, a description of the issue and, if relevant, photos. We will investigate and respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
4. Feedback
We actively welcome feedback, positive or otherwise. It helps us improve our products, delivery processes and communication with clients.
