We take allergen labelling and handling seriously. Please share your office’s requirements so we can tailor our offer safely.
Major allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with the following allergens:
- Gluten (including wheat, barley, rye)
- Milk and dairy products
- Eggs
- Peanuts and tree nuts
- Soya
- Fish and shellfish (in some sandwich fillings)
- Sesame
Exact allergen information will be provided on product labels and / or allergen sheets alongside your delivery.
Dietary preferences
We can include vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free and other options where requested. In mixed platters and snack selections, these will be clearly labelled to help your team choose confidently.
Cross-contamination
While we and our partners follow strict handling procedures, some items are prepared in environments where multiple allergens are present. We therefore cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination.
